Breathe on us breath of God

Breathe on us breath of God

Our scriptures for Sunday – the day of Pentecost – all shed light on who and how the Holy Spirit works.

We learned in Kristofer’s sermon about various challenges in translation – from Greek and Hebrew to English – and how these words can us better understand the work of the Spirit in our lives today.

How do you know when the Holy Spirit is at work in your life? What does that look like? What does that feel like?

When the Apostle Paul talks about sighs too deep for words, where are the places in your life and ministry that you struggle to name your needs and the needs of the people around you?

How can we at Epiphany pray with you, as you face these challenges?

As we were reminded in the baptisms today, with God’s help all things are possible.
